Moving, Adding, and Removing Components

There are two ways to move dialog box and monitor components:

• Click the Move handle to select the component you want to move, and drag it to its new location. An outline of the component appears, and moves with your cursor as you reposition the component.

 

OR

• Double-click the component to separate it from the dialog box or monitor.

 Once the component is separated, you can:

• Move it.

• Resize it - position your mouse over the edge of the component so that is becomes a double-pointer   and then click and drag the edge of the component to the left or the right.

• Double-click it to integrate it back into the dialog box or monitor. The component will automatically return to its previous position.

1. Right-click the dialog box or monitor, select Properties from the shortcut menu, and the Properties dialog box appears.

2. Select the Settings tab.

3. Select or clear the checkboxes in the View category to add or remove the corresponding components respectively.

4. When finished, click [OK].
