Logging On to REDIPlus

Launch REDIPlus by double-clicking the REDIPlus icon on your desktop, or click [Start] and select REDIPlus from the main menu. The REDIPlus Login dialog box appears.
Enter your Username and Password. See your System Administrator for more information.

The Username and Password are case sensitive. If you are having difficulty logging on, make sure that your [Caps Lock] is not on.

When finished, click [Login], and the REDIPlus application starts.
If a new version of REDIPlus is available, a New REDIPlus Version Notice dialog box appears. Click [Yes] to upgrade your REDIPlus software, and the REDIPlus Application bar appears.

OR

Click [No] to temporarily bypass the upgrade.

The time it takes to perform the REDIPlus upgrade depends on the size of the upgrade and the speed of your connection. Therefore, you may want to upgrade the software after the market closes. If you click [No], the New REDIPlus Version Notice dialog box will appear the next time you log on.
You can view the new version's Release Notes (i.e., details about what functionality will be updated or newly implemented when you download the new version) by clicking the For version information, check link, or by navigating to the specific REDI.com web address.
