The Option Series Monitor displays the full option chain corresponding to the security that you enter in the Symbol field. You can configure your Option Series Monitor to focus the display of the option chain at any month, strike price, or option chain range, and can submit orders directly from the Order bar, the Spread bar, or via the Option Montage Monitor. See the Processing Orders through the Option Series Monitor topic for more information.
The access rights assigned to your User ID determines what information you can view and/or update.
The default Option Series Monitor is made up of the following components:
The following component can be added to the Option Series Monitor by selecting the corresponding checkbox under the View category of the Properties dialog box’s Settings tab, or by selecting a Spread strategy from the Order bar’s Strategy drop-down list box; see the To add or remove Option Series Monitor components topic for more information.
The Spread bar will only be available if you are entitled for Option Spread order entry.
You can add or remove the Title Bar, Toolbar, Order bar, Spread bar, Quote bar, and/or Option bar to/from the Option Series Monitor.
Select the Option Series

icon from the REDIPlus Application
bar, and the Option Series Monitor appears.
Right-click the Option Series Monitor, select Properties from the shortcut menu, and the Properties dialog box appears.
Click the Settings tab, and select or clear the appropriate checkboxes from the View category; see the Option Series Monitor Settings topic for more information.
When finished, click [OK].
