The Reject dialog box, which can be accessed by clicking the Reject
Tool
button on the Toolbar,
enables you to manage the rejected order messages corresponding to the
row(s) you select in the Summary pane
or the Order Detail View pane.
You can do the following:
View the reject reason and the transaction memo for insight into the rejection.
Remove the reject messages you no longer want to see by clearing the checkbox (in the Rejchk column) to the left of each message. Removing a reject message affects the number of rejected orders displayed in the Summary pane’s Rej column.
You can recall a reject message you have removed from the Reject dialog box by selecting Check All from the shortcut menu.
The Reject dialog box’s shortcut menu enables you to:
Check All - select the checkboxes for all rows, including those that have been removed.
Uncheck All - clears the checkboxes for all rows.
Reset Fields - restores the original system default configuration (fields, lines, scrolling behavior, style, etc.) of the Reject dialog box.
Restore Default - restores the configuration (fields, lines, scrolling behavior, style, etc.) of the Reject dialog box to the saved default configuration, or the original system default configuration if no other has been saved.
Save as Default - saves the current configuration of the Reject dialog box in the Workspace as the default configuration.
You must save your workspace when exiting REDIPlus, or your changes will be lost.
